• 01 Term: Each person must pay a ₹19,999 booking fee.
• 02 Term: Clients need to pay 50% of the remaining balance post-booking before starting the visa process.
• 03 Term: The outstanding balance is due upon receiving your visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.
• Payment methods accepted by us include bank transfers, NEFT, and RTGS only; we do not engage in cash transactions. You're welcome to visit our office for payments.

• The sum paid for the booking will not be refundable.
• All packages are completely non-refundable. Upon cancellation, no refund requests will be entertained or accepted.
• If a person is denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they are not eligible to claim a refund.
• To determine whether the proposed ticket incurs any extra cancellation fees or charges, customers must review the specific terms and conditions of the individual airline. We assume no responsibility or liability for any charges incurred in this context.
• Changes to flight dates or cancellations follow the airline's policy. Unless otherwise mentioned, for refunds, it's essential to contact us, as airlines will not directly refund tickets booked via our company.
• No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation, cruise portion, or sightseeing, if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.

Important:

• Carry a printed copy of the approved e-visa while traveling
• Entry/exit only through the port specified in the visa

By booking any tour or service with Tripoint Holidays, it is assumed that you unconditionally consent to accept and abide by these "Terms and Conditions." If you disagree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from proceeding with the booking.

• The listed prices are per person and assume that at least two adults are travelling together.
• Rates may change without prior notice.
• Availability of rooms and rates at the time of confirmation is subject to change.
• Extra fees may apply for early and late check-ins, which depend on the availability of available rooms.
• Unless specified in the inclusions, vehicles are given point-to-point and are not accessible for disposal.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• Any changes to the ticket or visa cost must be made before leaving.
• Low-cost and budget airlines do not provide child fares.
• We will not be held responsible for Loss or Theft of passports or luggage at Airports.
• The standard check-in and check-out times are 1500 and 1100 hours, respectively.
• If there is a guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, the supplement will be applicable.
• From 2300 hours - 0700 hours, private arrival/departure transfers shall be applicable.
• At this point, no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability.
• Please take into account the adult rate for the child when booking a trip with one adult and one child.
• The child’s accommodation follows each hotel's child policy. A child is classified as an infant if they are under 2 years old and as a child if above that age.
• The price is predicated on multiple passengers going on the same flight.

Visa Process Time

• We require 04–05 working days to process Vietnam visas. Kindly note that immigration is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Travel Restrictions & Conditions

• There will be no live entertainment and no alcohol served during religious events or national mourning periods.
• Additional fees apply during festivals, trade shows, long weekends, conventions, Chinese New Year, and New Year. Alternative options are available on request.
• Prices are subject to change based on availability and are accurate at the time of publication.
• Tripoint Holidays will not be held responsible for any rejection, delay, or mistakes in visa processing. Visa fees are non-refundable.
• Visa approval or denial lies entirely at the discretion of the Vietnamese immigration authorities.
• Tripoint Holidays serves only as a travel intermediary and holds no responsibility for a client being denied entry into Vietnam.
• Any incidental expenses due to visa denial or delay are not the responsibility of Tripoint Holidays.

Flight Changes or Cancellations

• Tripoint Holidays is not responsible for any changes or cancellations made by airlines.
• If flight changes affect your hotel bookings (which may be non-refundable), you must pay the new hotel rate (subject to availability) or cancel as per the applicable cancellation policy.
• Any rate difference due to revised travel dates must be borne by the traveler.

Legal Jurisdiction

• All claims, disputes, and litigation related to our services are subject to Indian law, and Delhi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Visa Requirements:

Ensure you have a valid Vietnam tourist visa before travel. Indian citizens typically require an e-visa (single entry) which must be applied for in advance.

Weather

Vietnam’s climate varies by region. Hanoi and Halong Bay have a subtropical climate with distinct seasons. The best time to visit these areas is from October to April.

Transportation

Major cities offer taxis, ride-hailing apps, and buses. Hiring a private car or guide is ideal for sightseeing day tours.

Language

Currency
