STAR CLASSIFICATION OF HOTELS:

The hotel's rating, descriptions, photos, and amenity list are provided to the company by the hotel supplier. While the company strives to accurately validate this information, it is not liable for any inaccuracies. The expertise of the company is used in good faith to authenticate the given information about the hotel. This includes categorizations such as 5-star, 4-star, etc., but the final accuracy of these listings is inherently dependent on the hotel supplier's input.

ALLOWED LUGGAGE QUANTITY:

Typically, passengers are allowed one checked suitcase under 20 kg and one cabin bag below 5 kg. However, these allowances can vary across airlines, overseas tour operators, and transporters, so it's recommended to check beforehand. The combined dimensions (Length + Height + Width) of a single luggage piece usually must not exceed 45 inches. If the baggage exceeds the prescribed limit, extra fees may apply. In case of late delivery or loss of baggage, the compensation is subject to the specific airlineterms and conditions. The Company does not accept responsibility for any delays or loss of baggage.

MEALS:

The meals provided, including breakfast, match the number of nights a tourist books at the hotel, but arrival day breakfast isn't included. Circumstances may require the Company to adjust meal provisions, an action they retain the right to do. Meals are predetermined and menu selection isn't an option.

TRANSFERS:

Packages: Transportation supplied under the Seat in Coach (SIC) method is on a shared basis, meaning guests ride collectively.

Sightseeing Tours: Depending on the tour option booked, transportation is provided either on a shared Seat in Coach (SIC) basis or through a private vehicle.

Airport Transfer: Transport is provided on a Seat in Coach (SIC) sharing basis or as a private vehicle, depending on what the customer books. It behooves customers to arrive promptly for their pickup; in the event they're late and miss their coach, no refunds or part refunds will be provided from the total package cost. Customers will then need to arrange alternative transport at their own expense. As SIC transfers involve multiple customers, there may be small waiting periods due to traffic or delays from other passengers. Transfers scheduled for late at night or early morning could potentially incur extra charges. Coaches operate on a set route and schedule, and will not deviate from it.

CURRENCY:

The company advises tourists to carry holiday funds as both currency and traveler checks, obtained a week before leaving. Traveler checks are the most secure money form, easily en-cashed for a minimal fee and replaceable if lost or stolen. Any losses related to currency exchange will not be the company's responsibility.
