Itinerary
Suggested Day Wise Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival in Haridwar/Dehradun – Transfer to Barkot
Upon arrival at Haridwar or Dehradun, meet with our representative and embark on a scenic drive to Barkot. En route, explore the charming Mall Road and, if traffic conditions permit, visit Kempty Falls in Mussoorie. Continue the journey to Barkot, check in at the hotel, and enjoy a comfortable night’s stay.
Day 2: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Jankichatti or Phoolchatti and begin a trek to Yamunotri, covering 6 km (one way) on foot. Pilgrims can opt for a horse, palki, or doli at their own cost. Upon reaching Yamunotri, take a holy dip in the warm waters of Surya Kund and visit the Yamunotri Temple. After the darshan, trek back to Jankichatti and drive toward Barkot for an overnight stay.
Day 3: Barkot – Uttarkashi
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and start a scenic drive to Uttarkashi, covering 100 km. Along the way, visit Shiv Gufa and Radi Top. Upon arrival in Uttarkashi, explore the Vishwanath Temple and Shakti Temple. Check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi
After an early breakfast, proceed toward Gangotri. Upon reaching, take a holy dip in the Bhagirathi River and seek blessings at the Gangotri Temple. Visit the Mukhba Temple at Harsil before returning to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive toward Guptkashi, covering 220 km via Moolgarh and Lambgaon. En route, witness the beauty of the Mandakini River at Tilwara, originating from Kedarnath. Upon arrival in Guptkashi, visit the Ardhnarishwar Temple. Check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 6: Guptkashi – Kedarnath
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag. From there, take a shared jeep to Gaurikund at your own cost. Begin a 16 km trek to Kedarnath, which can be covered on foot or via horse, palki, or doli (at personal expense). Upon reaching Kedarnath, check in at the hotel and visit the Kedarnath Temple, Divya Shila, and Shankaracharya Samadhi. Attend the evening aarti before an overnight stay in Kedarnath.
Day 7: Kedarnath – Guptkashi
Start the day by attending the morning aarti at Kedarnath Temple. Trek back to Gaurikund and take a shared jeep to Sonprayag. From there, meet the driver and proceed toward Guptkashi. Check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 8: Guptkashi – Badrinath
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Badrinath, covering 220 km. En route, visit Joshimath, Narasimha Temple, Shankaracharya Math, and Vishnuprayag. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and take a holy dip in the Tapt Kund before visiting the Badrinath Temple. Attend the evening aarti and stay overnight in Badrinath.
Day 9: Badrinath – Rudraprayag
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive toward Rudraprayag, covering 160 km. En route, visit Mana Village, the last Indian village before Tibet, along with Nandprayag and Karnaprayag. Upon arrival in Rudraprayag, check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 10: Rudraprayag – Haridwar/Dehradun – Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive toward Haridwar or Dehradun. En route, visit Devprayag and Karnprayag before concluding the Char Dham Yatra. Reach Haridwar or Dehradun by 7:00 PM for departure.
