• 01 Term: Each person must pay a ₹49,999 booking fee.
• 02 Term: Clients need to pay 50% of the remaining balance post-booking before starting the visa process.
• 03 Term: The outstanding balance is due upon receiving your visa, insurance, and hotel voucher.
• Payment methods accepted by us include bank transfers, NEFT, and RTGS only; we do not engage in cash transactions. You're welcome to visit our office for payments.

• The sum paid for the booking will not be refundable.
• All packages are completely non-refundable. Upon cancellation, no refund requests will be entertained or accepted.
• If a person is denied immigration clearance due to government rules or COVID guidelines, they are not eligible to claim a refund.
• To determine whether the proposed ticket incurs any extra cancellation fees or charges, customers must review the specific terms and conditions of the individual airline. We assume no responsibility or liability for any charges incurred in this context.
• Changes to flight dates or cancellations follow the airline's policy. Unless otherwise mentioned, for refunds, it's essential to contact us, as airlines will not directly refund tickets booked via our company.
• No refunds will be given for partially used services, including accommodation, missed meals, transportation, cruise portion, or sightseeing, if the customer fails to avail of these services during their tour.

By booking any tour or service with Tripoint Holidays, it is assumed that you unconditionally consent to accept and abide by these "Terms and Conditions." If you disagree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from proceeding with the booking.

• All rates are per person, based on a minimum of 2 adults traveling together.
• Prices and availability are subject to change at the time of confirmation.
• Rooms are subject to availability; early or late check-in/check-out is chargeable and subject to availability.
• Unless specified otherwise, transfers are point-to-point only and not at disposal.
• Unused services (meals, transfers, activities, etc.) are non-refundable.
• Changes in flight or visa cost must be finalized before departure.
• Budget airlines in Europe do not provide child fares.
• We are not responsible for loss/theft of passports, baggage, or personal items at any time.
• Standard hotel check-in is at 15:00 hrs and check-out at 11:00 hrs unless otherwise confirmed.
• Private transfers between 23:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs may incur additional charges.
• Currently, no services are confirmed – all arrangements depend on availability at the time of booking.
• In the case of 1 adult + 1 child, the adult rate applies for the child.
• Child policies differ per hotel; a child under 2 is considered an infant, above that as a child.
• Pricing assumes all travelers fly on the same itinerary.

Visa Processing

• Kindly ensure you hold valid Schengen visas for France and Switzerland.
• Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the respective consulates.
• Tripoint Holidays is not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or errors in processing.
• Any incidental expenses due to visa issues are not claimable from Tripoint Holidays.
• You must apply for the Schengen visa well in advance. Requirements may include hotel bookings, travel insurance, return tickets, and financial proof.

Travel Restrictions & Conditions

• Alcohol and live entertainment may be restricted during religious holidays or national mourning.
• Surcharges may apply during peak seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter, trade fairs, etc.).
• Final rates may vary based on availability and current exchange rates.
• Local city taxes are not included and must be paid directly at the hotel, where applicable.
• Tripoint Holidays is not liable if you’re denied boarding, entry, or services due to incomplete travel documents.

Flight Changes or Cancellations

• Airlines may alter flight schedules or cancel routes; Tripoint Holidays is not responsible for these changes.
• If flights are delayed or rescheduled, any change in hotel or activity bookings will be charged as per actuals.
• The traveller bears the cost of rebooking hotels or tours affected by airline changes.
• Airline refund policies apply strictly per the airline's rules.

Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes and legal matters shall be governed by Indian law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
